As we expand our range of chemical reagents, we are gradually phasing out imported alternatives and replacing them with customized TERMOTREAT brand chemical reagents. The main goal in developing these products was to create market-adapted chemical solutions tailored to individual needs, allowing our specialists to ensure high-quality thermal system operation. Only by combining our technical maintenance services with our supplied products can we guarantee the highest service quality while reducing the consumption of chemical reagents.
At the end of 2008, a new product was introduced to the market – membrane deaerators. These systems were developed by UAB Termolink in collaboration with the U.S. company Membrana.
Designed for deaeration of feed water in water heating and steam boiler plants, as well as for deaeration of liquids in various technological processes.
System performance ranges from a few liters per hour for laboratory equipment to several hundred cubic meters per hour for energy systems.
Residual oxygen content as low as 1 μg/l.
The core component of membrane deaerators is membrane contactors. Liqui-Cel® membranes – contactors are manufactured by Membrana (Charlotte, NC). They consist of polymeric hollow fiber material in a tubular shape, with extremely small-diameter pores that allow only dissolved gases to pass through. Termolink ensures the supply of carefully selected chemical reagents for the smooth operation of thermal systems.
